Competencia Económica

This book presents a series of academic articles on the occasion of the ten years of Law 1340 of 2009, which marked a milestone for the country, since it strengthened the Colombian regime for the protection of free economic competition. In these essays the authors take stock of the central issues incorporated into the free economic competition regime by Law 1340 of 2009. In these pages, aspects related to economic theory are also explored, fundamental for the analysis of markets and economic levels. of competition in these, and the different ex ante and ex post control mechanisms to protect competition are analyzed.
