The book presents a study on the scope of the right to information, the rule of continuity of participation and the proportionality of the allocation, the right of withdrawal and the possibility of challenging structural modification operations, each with a scheme of regulation in both Colombian and Spanish law, with the objective of examining and establishing a proposal for measures that materially fulfill the mission of protecting the partners of the companies participating in this type of operations, without ruling out the viability of an adaptation in Colombia of those instruments that preserve the functional equivalence of the solutions proposed in the Spanish legal system.
