Lecturas sobre derecho de tierras. Tomo I

The Environmental Law Research Group of the Externado de Colombia University presents the first result of the "Land Law" Project, which has had the participation of professors from different departments and faculties, as well as experts in the field who have joined this effort to start the collection that we are proud to present.

The collection "Readings on Land Law" was born out of the need to publicize the results of the research developed by the professors and researchers of the Specialization in Land Law that our House of Studies has been offering successfully since 2014 and reflects the synergy , interaction and teamwork capacity of the faculties and departments, which have been analyzing this problem from different perspectives in the country.

The readings aim to be a space of pluralistic philosophy that, following the tradition of the Externado University of Colombia, promotes tolerance and allows the various currents of thought to express their knowledge and experience around four thematic axes, namely: the right of property , productivity and environmental sustainability, transitional justice and land institutions in the country.
