In the field of labor law in Colombia, there is a broad development of the principle of equality and non-discrimination in the regulations and in the jurisprudence of the high courts, however. There is a lack of studies that clearly establish this regulatory framework and the most relevant aspects of judicial pronouncements; For this reason, the objective of this research is to develop a consultation instrument that allows determining the scope of the principle of equality and non-discrimination in working and employment conditions. through the analysis of the different legal instruments that regulate the matter and the jurisprudence of the three High Courts in the period 2002 to 2016 so that legal operators interested in labor matters have additional resources for the best defense of labor rights .
