Responsabilidad de los proveedores del servicio de internet en relación con la propiedad intelectual
In the last four years, a group of researchers from the Department of Intellectual Property of the Externado University of Colombia undertook the task of investigating and investigating the research problems derived from the regime of responsibilities of Internet service providers ¡SP, investigative exercise that led to interesting findings that roughly conclude that the infractions committed on the network are framed within the particular characteristics that it has.
Today, without detaching itself from its pristine objectives, the Internet has transcended them, to the point of becoming a parallel universe of virtual coexistence, in which legal-negotiable relationships are established, even more complex than those of the material world. There are more than 2,000 million people who surf the Internet, and therefore topics that have occupied the efforts of legal thought such as responsibility, damage, property, the meaning of public and private, face the challenge of rethinking themselves. the same speed with which the network evolves and interacts. Here the pendulum returns to the starting point to ask us what is the meaning of the Internet today, how to make law for the Internet
